This session will build on the Part I theoretical session, however they are independent and you do not have to have attended Part I to attend Part II.


This workshop will be lead by Peak Pilates Executive Director, Zoey Trap, MS. Zoey is an authority in teaching Pilates to the overweight and obese who has been published and cited in many periodicals and journals.
