This Peak Pilates® Level II Classical Intensive Instructor Certification Program offers an accelerated pathway into completing the Intermediate System, deepening your ability to teach Pilates to both individuals and groups. This intensive is a 4 to 6 week curriculum of online learning followed by a 4-day Intensive. Throughout the curriculum you will learn to perform and teach the Intermediate Exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Barrels, Chairs, Power Circle and Arm Weight Series. You will learn to identify, understand, and address imbalances in the body, discover how to apply imagery to impact movement quality, and add additional touch techniques to their tactile cueing repertoire.
Level II focuses on Intermediate Level Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, and endings. Movement exploration will examine how to refine transitions, how to monitor static and dynamic body alignment, and to provide corrections that have impact.
