Explore the powerful relationship between the core, pelvic floor, breath, and nervous system—and how these elements influence intimacy, circulation, and overall well-being. Through a combination of lecture, guided movement, and discussion, instructors will learn evidence-based exercises and cueing strategies to help clients reconnect to their bodies with awareness, strength, and ease. Participants will also develop communication tools to confidently and professionally integrate sexual wellness concepts into their teaching, expanding both their knowledge base and their ability to guide clients toward greater connection and embodied health.

Objectives:

  1. Understand the multifaceted relationship between Pilates and sexual health
    Participants will examine how the principles of Pilates—breath, concentration, control, and precision—contribute to improved body awareness, circulation, nervous system regulation, and confidence, all of which enhance sexual health and vitality.
  2. Explore Pilates-based exercises that support pelvic function and overall sexual wellness
    Participants will learn targeted exercises and movement fundamentals that strengthen the core and pelvic floor, increase mobility, improve blood flow, and cultivate relaxation and responsiveness throughout the body.
  3. Develop skills to educate and empower clients about sexual wellness through movement
    Participants will gain language, cueing techniques, and teaching strategies to discuss sexual health topics with professionalism and sensitivity, helping clients connect more deeply to their bodies and experience greater confidence and intimacy.
