Level I Module 3 is the third course in the Peak Pilates® Classical Comprehensive Certification Level I program. The work focuses on refining teaching skills, and exploring progression with additional Part C/ Individual Needs exercises on the Cadillac, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and chairs. The instructor moves beyond Full Session private instruction to exploring teaching entry-level reformer classes for healthy students. Preparation for working with chronic lower back pain of an unspecific nature begins and prepares the instructor for working confidently with this common special population.
Digital course materials included:
· Study Guide that guides you through assignments and practice activities to complete before attending your live workshop.
· Level I Module 3 Exercise Reference Guide
· Video libraries for Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, High and Low Chair
· Narrated presentations, audio tutorials and handouts
Course Prerequisite: Completion of Level I Modules 1 and 2
Registration: We highly recommend registering at least 4 weeks prior to the live training workshop to allow ample time for the required assignments and practice activities. The material covered in these assignments will not be repeated during the workshop, and they must be completed in order to be eligible for assessment in Module 4.
