Peak Pilates® Classical Level I Instructor Certification Module 2

Description

Level I Module 2 is the second course in the Peak Pilates® Classical Comprehensive Certification Level I program. The emphasis is on developing the instructor’s understanding of movement, cueing, spotting and touch technique. It includes a rich library of digital course materials as well as a two-day live training workshop with a Master Instructor, featuring hands-on workshop activities that prepare participants to gain the skills needed in real life teaching.

Digital course materials included:

· Study Guide that guides you through assignments and practice activities to complete before attending your live workshop.

· Level I Module 2 Exercise Reference Guide

· Video libraries for Mat and Reformer Add-Ins and Cadillac & Barrels

· Video libraries for Movement Patterns

· Narrated presentations, audio tutorials and handouts

· Beginner Dynamic Mat workout video

Course Prerequisite: Completion of Level I Module 1

Registration: We highly recommend registering at least 4 weeks prior to the live training workshop to allow ample time for the required assignments and practice activities. The material covered in these assignments will not be repeated during the workshop, and they must be completed in order to be eligible for assessment in Module 4.
