Discover how good feels to flow through fundamentals, preparatory exercises, and Pilates in a class built for those with low back pain. Many students can’t afford apparatus and/or private sessions- that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t benefit from the power of mat, a workout for every body.
Why should I take this session? Mat is often neglected for those with low back pain, but it’s just what they need to help their spinal health. Mat can be done at home, with no apparatus, and a few household props. It can be taught in a group setting to reach those who need Pilates most. Learn from an experienced and educated Master Instructor with an MS in Exercise Science and a focus on alternative therapy and the spine.
